The room was fantastic, really high-class. the location was great too, especially being near a tram stop 🚋. the restaurant served a delicious breakfast with some incredible dishes.

Location just next door to transport and local shops and the Bell train station. It's own balcony, compact refrigerator and air conditioning in the room and the very comfy bed...

Breakfast was well prepared and satisfactory, truly enjoyed the position.

The place was fairly clean with an awesome and fantastic staff at the reception desk. The room was amazingly comfortable with breakfast included when upgraded. Our location was great and lovely close to the train station. There was an outdoor bar. This hotel was excellent value for money, seeing price-lists in other hotels.

Functional and bright units with showers, offering good views. the location is fantastic, especially if you need to catch a flight. 🌟

Particularly good location - within short walking distance to everywhere we needed. Every staff member was very amiable and responsible. The breakfast was well prepared at the desk, the food was outstanding.

The first night, there was something wrong with the heating and we froze. Luckily it was rectified so the second night was good.Beds were comfortable but not enough blankets or spare pillows in the room. Bathroom was good, shower very nice.

The room was nicely arranged, with air conditioning and amenities like a microwave and shower for convenience.

Nice to have microwave in my room. House staff very helpful.

Bed was hard, pillow flat. Food at the conference I attended at the hotel was terrible.

Guests that arrived at 2 am and were rather noisy - but nothing that S&G can do about that.

The breakfast spot here was great, we opted for hot meals. A big bonus was its super convenient location 🌟.

Well prepared and absolutely fantastic breakfasts with free wifi, everyone could try something new.

I really enjoyed the service deluivered from staff and the value of the room for the amount I paid. Awesome view from deck outside room was a definite highlight.

Would have preferred better lighting in the bathroom and near the mirror. Could not turn lamp by mirror in room on.

The room was affordable, quite roomy, and had a TV, shower, and clean facilities; the fluffy towels and basin were a pleasant surprise.

I didn't really like anything as I think it's very over-priced and the rooms were too small.

They had a stupid keycard system for the lift which didn't work sometimes, so I often had to wait in the lift for someone else to come in and use their keycard. Over-priced and the rooms were very small. The cleaners came in the room, but did not bother to make the beds.

The room was tidy and just what you would want. bed was comfy, and it was all value for your money for sure.

The room had no facility or paperwork to inform you of connection to the front desk, to make enquiries.
